Alright then, spotlight on a very very famous duo that delights us !!! The spectacular atmosphere that Drift Studio makes us discover transports us in an enchanted world each time. Here’s a little heads up for those that don’t know these two Dutch designers, Ralph Nauta and Lonneke Gordijn are both graduates from the renowned Design Academy Eindhoven in the Netherlands. Lighting is a key element in their work but always utilized as an artistic ingredient rather than a functional tool for actual lighting. Their philosophy is based on the creation of a dialogue between opposites: nature and technology, knowledge and intuition, science fiction and nature. Here are a few photos of their diverse installations worldwide, there are so many that we had to make a small selection… Enjoy !!!
